    And the one thing everybody making predictions agrees on — the lack of excitement outside of the tight circles of party activists leads probably to a very low turnout. And who can figure it — with such pressing hotbutton issues as rounding up the wetbacks on the front burner. (Yawn).

    $50 million?? That is nearly the annual budget of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and they actually add something of value to the Commonwealth.
