And for an update on how leftist communist democrats carry out their Green New Scam in Virginia the following is telling as to how they are "brilliantly" implementing it in California by using Cuba as an example.
Cuba has 300,000 electric bicycles, provided by China. The Cuban government manipulates the purchase price of the EBs so as to make them affordable for the average Cuban. Just 1 problem. Cuba’s electric grid cannot handle the charging of 300,00 Ebs.
Cuba’s programs concerning electric bicycles and problems dealing with charging them sounds vaguely familiar. Why it is just like California! The California government will subsidize your purchase of an electric vehicle, but will then advise you not to charge it because there is insufficient capacity on the electric grid.
California now will subsidize residents’ purchase of electric bicycles to the tune of $2,000.00 per EB. You just cannot charge them. Just like in Cuba.
