President Trump recently declared, “The United States is the largest Oil Producer in the World, by far, so when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money.” 

I am not sure who “we” is. I filled up the tank on my pickup a couple of days ago.  It has a 26-gallon tank. It cost me close to $100. I sure did not feel like I was making money.
