    Once upon a time, one of Virginia’s newspapers would have written this story. They’re no longer capable of doing this kind of work. Now Virginia must rely upon a 75-year-old retired guy to do it. Excellent job, Jim Sherlock. I’d nominate this series for an in-depth reporting award. Only trouble is… what’s left of Virginia’s journalistic establishment doesn’t consider Bacon’s Rebellion a “media outlet.”
