  1. At some point, transitions will be mandated but until then its all volunteer, James. When is your transition scheduled, James? Wouldn’t you really rather cooperate and have your penis removed and grow breasts via decree? See where this is going? Its beyond crucifixion. Way beyond. And its springtime for Hitler every time an American liberal “transitions”.

Im sure the Chinese commies love seeing us transitioning while they dominate us in science and commerce.

Can’t understand the Conservative men’s reluctance to accept gender transitions. You’d think they’d be happy to finally have women to whom they can relate.

All of this would stop dead in it’s tracks if private insurance refused to cover it.

The question not answered is the process by which private insurance decides to cover (or not) a procedure.

Gawd Knows, there is no shortage of things private insurance will not cover.

So why do they cover this one?

This is where Conservatives drift off to the “deep state” and conspiracy theories and such.

If Conservatives disagree but the world/institution of medicine agrees… it’s got to be some sort of deep-state or conspiracy , right?

Insurance will cover anything you will pay the premium for, Larry.

Don’t HHS Affordable Care Act regulations make them cover it, whether or not they should? I forget.

I don’t know that medicine really has a choice in the matter.

An August 2022 Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling under the Rehabilitation Act might also suggest that insurers could face lawsuits for not covering it (that ruling by progressive judges said that the statutory exception excluding gender identity disorders from the Rehabilitation Act would essentially be ignored as to gender dysphoria, because it was outdated and reflected possibly unconstitutional bias against transgender people).

4th Circuit will join 9th circuit in the race for the most overturned by the Supremes.
