  1. While legal actions in court can be an important tool, relying solely on the courts would be unproductive in the long run. Pursuing relief from Virginia courts will be in vain if the people of Virginia cannot be persuaded to (1) use their right to vote to elect responsible public officials and hold them accountable; (2) actively engage in civic activities important to their families, their communities, and their personal freedoms; and (3) stand up for themselves in legally responsible ways.

      I could not agree more. We have an election in November. It will show the amount of attention and distress of the electorate.

        I also totally agree. Nov 2nd will, indeed, underline the role of citizens in restraining their out-of-control governments, whether they be in Richmond, in D.C., or their local school board and supervisors.
