   One must wonder if Dominion was really seriously seeking the tariff or just seeing if the SCC and others were paying attention!

   Looks like Dominion would like to 1. get rid of their competitors and 2. sell solar for more than their competitors were !!!!

   The SCC is itself holding TWO hearings on the 500 MW proposal in Spotsylvania – today. I’m betting all players are watching.

   Another report, another POV for those deeply interested. I had not really buried myself in the details, but Ivy Main reports Dominion did have a fixed price proposal for residential users and it worked out to almost 20 percent higher than the standard price.
